The Digital/Events Pivot:
Coronavirus Response for Independent Publishers

THE DIGITAL/EVENTS PIVOT IS NOW A VIRTUAL WORKSHOP!

We've had a great response to the Digital/Events Pivot Workshop: Coronavirus Response for Independent Publishers.

Together with workshop leaders Collingwood Advisory, we have taken the decision to make this a virtual workshop using the Crowdcast webinar platform. For both us and the Collingwood team, this is our first go at supporting publishers with virtual events, and we think it’ll be a great opportunity for all of us to test and refine the format.

ABOUT

Coronavirus is severely disrupting the events market.

Independent publishers are uniquely positioned to help advertisers and audiences mitigate the loss of value from cancelled and postponed events, but have to make careful strategic choices about relationships with tradeshow organisers, the effect on their own events, and the delivery mechanisms (current digital inventory / new audio and video formats / distributed events / community events / virtual events).

The Digital / Events Pivot Workshop is designed to help independent publishers work through their strategic decision processes, review value propositions and prepare sales teams for a new hybrid sales approach.
