On March 17, Candice Murray, VP of Editorial for Shutterstock interviewed Haymarket’s Deputy Editor of Campaign, Gemma Charles.

Together, they explored the value of an inclusive approach to leadership and how to overcome the challenges faced by women in leadership positions, as well as the opportunities to drive change. Gemma also spoke about her experience leading the special issue of Campaign in Feb 2020 that focused on ethnic diversity, and the impact that had both internally and across the industry that it serves.
